5a337f173b windows build fix 
Я не знаю на сколько игра будет корректно работать в будущем с этими изменениями, но по крайней мере я добился того что бы оно хотя бы сбилдилось на винде под винду

билдинг я проводил из под msys2 с помощью ninja(make у меня почему то запускал обычный cmd):
Запускал `cmake` с аргументами `cmake -B build/ -G Ninja`(правда мне ещё пришлось указать путь до xxd, но скорее всего это я где то накосячил) и после `ninja` в `/build`

42f3db8fb7 -oneshot now writes to Software\\OneShot\\GameDirectory in registry the game's path 
-journal now reads gamepath from registry to load images, instead of packing images into journal executable directly
-also converted journal to a visual studio solution (for windows)

6b7e357e92 -made it so settings menu strings are loaded from .po files instead of .locs 
-fixed issue where BlitScaled was just drawing white rectangles instead of stretching the txtSurf, so I just let this use BlitSurface instead with text getting cut off if it's too long.

d4b9adc1d1 fluid-fun: Adjust function signature to fluidsynth 2.0 
This breaks compilation with FLUID_SHARED against <2.0 versions,
which should be reasonable given that the default mode can still
dynamically load both variants.

Fixes #219.

bab22d87be Fix font enumeration 
Currently, the font enumeration callback erroneously stops searching if
it finds any files that aren't fonts. In the case that you have, say, a
desktop.ini or a .DS_Store or a license file, it may prevent all of the
fonts from being loaded. This commit resolves this.

ae59fcd112 Graphics: Fix transition when new scene has gray tone effect 
Rendering the scene may cause PingPong swaps of front / backbuffer,
so don't take references to those buffers until after rendering.
