4bc263efdf Loc changes and debug items: 
-increasing the buffer in the journal program that seeks the lang code in the fake savefile, as "[zh_CHT]" was too long for the old buffer to find
-updating wallpaper script to work with all langcodes
-making save screen support 100 save files
-"debug_tester.dat" will allow players to have 2 debug items when starting a game or loading a debug save, and also allow access to the debug switch/variable menu
-also made debug items immune to the part of the game where your inventory is emptied

0c9665ae4d bugfix 
rare bug where closing the game when spawning a footprint or footsplash
would crash the game, both on exiting and then reloading.

You could open both inventory and menu at once if you were walking.  But
now you can't.

4fec45be25 Fixed softlock when opening menu 
If you opened the fast travel or the item menu right before touching a
touch-run event, it would soft-lock you if the event changed niko's
move-route, since niko was unable to move due to his update function
being unreached.
