Add Android port via SDL3 NDK template 
Cross-compile SDL3/Boost/PhysFS/Ruby for Android, fix GLES texture
upload format mismatches breaking sprite/text rendering, fix Ruby
binding name mismatches, fix PHYSFS Android init and other
platform-detection bugs surfaced by the stricter GLES/bionic toolchain.
