294e86c12f RGSSAD: Fix parsing of top level directory entries

ae59fcd112 Graphics: Fix transition when new scene has gray tone effect 
Rendering the scene may cause PingPong swaps of front / backbuffer,
so don't take references to those buffers until after rendering.

8a873cd503 Switch to windowed mode when changing wallpaper 
This fixes a bug on macOS where fullscreen applications are treated like separate desktops.  Also makes the wallpaper easier to see.
